Refund Policy
Voluntary policy. Provincial consumer protection rights may grant additional remedies — have a Canadian lawyer confirm this language for your entity.
Monthly plans: if credentials never arrive or the service is unusable from our side within 24 hours of first login, email contact@iptvvvv.ca for a full refund. After a successful first-day watch, monthly fees are generally non-refundable.
3-, 6-, and 12-month plans: unused time may be considered within seven days of activation if you have not exceeded reasonable usage and you return a device-count report on request. Chargebacks opened without contacting support first may result in permanent account closure.
